Terms and Conditions
Booking & Deposits
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in the loss of your deposit.
One reschedule per booking is allowed; further changes may require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.
The deposit will not be refunded for missed or late appointments.
Consent Forms
All clients are required to complete a Consent & Medical History Form before their appointment.
This form will be sent via email or available online and must be submitted prior to treatment.
Failure to complete the form in advance may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Age Restrictions
Due to insurance regulations, clients currently must be 16 years or older.
Treatment Method & Product Information
Treatments are carried out using a CryoPen device, which delivers a fine jet of medical-grade nitrous oxide (N₂O) to freeze and destroy targeted skin cells.
The gas is applied externally only and does not enter the bloodstream.
Medical Suitability
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment.
Some conditions may require GP consent or may not be suitable for cryotherapy.
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment for safety reasons.
Results & Aftercare
Results vary depending on the type and location of the lesion.
Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure the best outcome.
