Terms and Conditions

• A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
   
• This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in the loss of your deposit.
   
• One reschedule per booking is allowed; further changes may require a new deposit.
   

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.
   
• The deposit will not be refunded for missed or late appointments.
   

• All clients are required to complete a Consent & Medical History Form before their appointment.
   
• This form will be sent via email or available online and must be submitted prior to treatment.
   
• Failure to complete the form in advance may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
   

Due to insurance regulations, clients currently must be 16 years or older.

• Treatments are carried out using a CryoPen device, which delivers a fine jet of medical-grade nitrous oxide (N₂O) to freeze and destroy targeted skin cells.
   
• The gas is applied externally only and does not enter the bloodstream.

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment.
   
• Some conditions may require GP consent or may not be suitable for cryotherapy.
   
• The practitioner reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment for safety reasons.
   

• Results vary depending on the type and location of the lesion.
   
• Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure the best outcome.
